Meet our Therapists
At Third Coast Wellness, we're a team of experienced, licensed therapists dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families in Chicagoland discover a sense of peace and connection. Founded over a decade ago, our practice has become a trusted resource for those seeking healing through compassionate, evidence-based therapy in a warm, collaborative environment.

Founded by an Experienced Chicago Therapist
Therapy should feel like a safe place where you have a partner on your journey for healing and growth. We teach skills to practice between appointments. We suggest things to listen to, to watch and to read between session so that you feel like you are getting the most out of your time in therapy rather than just one hour a week. Our founder, Alison Kramme, LCPC, has been serving the Chicagoland community as a licensed therapist for over 20 years. After working in various clinical settings, Alison recognized that the most profound healing happens when clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported by their therapist.
Rather than practicing in isolation, Alison built Third Coast Wellness as a collaborative therapy practice where experienced Chicago therapists could work together to serve our community’s diverse mental health needs. Our team approach means you’re not limited to one therapeutic style or personality—we help you find the right therapist who truly understands your unique situation and goals.
What sets our Chicagoland therapy practice apart is our commitment to making therapy feel human, not clinical. We believe healing happens through genuine connection, and our therapists bring both professional expertise and authentic warmth to every session. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, navigating relationship challenges, or working through a major life transition, our team is here to walk alongside you on your journey.
